The hotel is beautifully situated in the old town center, with a rich 700-year history and surrounded by charming alleys and shops. The rooms are amazing and comfortable, but on the ground floor near the courtyard restaurant. The service provided was outstanding, making me feel like part of the family. The courtyard restaurant offers great food, although breakfast could have more variety. Overall, a fantastic location with a few minor dining and room location cons.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated in the character of the property, an old Venetian monastery. The staff was amazing and polite, making my experience delightful.
